Department of Health publish report into people with mental health difficulties in the criminal just

Lord Bradley's review of people with mental health problems or learning disabilities in the criminal justice system, has been published in the Department of Health's website and in paper form. The Government has welcomed the report and its recommendation and it will form a focus for a new strategy for the county-wide interagency Mentally Disordered Offenders Steering Group.

The report covers the work of a range of agencies, including Police, Prisons and Youth Offending Teams as well as probation.
